We want to thank all residents that have consented to progressing with the Eldo Heights initiative since the last press release. Feedback on the update was well received and we welcome active conversation and participation.
The public status meeting will be held on 19 February 2022 @ Nederduitsch Hervormde Kerk Swartkop, 107 Ireland Avenue, Eldoraigne, 09:00. Venue availability has dictated that we have this meeting one week later than anticipated. Your participation and spreading the word of this meeting will contribute to providing more momentum to reach the 70% participation rate.
The participation map is continuously being updated and it will be noted that one of the sectors are very close to the minimum required level of participation. If you do not notice your address has been marked, please bring it under our attention by sending your address and contact details to the estate mailbox, eldo2@pcps.co.za.

- A public status meeting where all residents are welcome to come to ask questions and/or collect/sign consent forms
- Online weekly meeting where any resident can join should they want status updates or would like to assist in ensuring that their Street/sector has maximum opportunity for success.
- The next phase of this project ends on 18 April 2022. This forms a hard deadline where each sector is required to have achieved a minimum of 70% or is at risk of being excluded from the estate.
