The Eldoraigne community is beginning the process to secure parts of the suburb, this requires approval from the Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality. Approval is subject to consensuses (majority buy in) from the residents (owners / business).
On the 28th Nov ’20 EldoHeights committee are inviting all residents who live within the borders mentioned ( Mulders Mile North, Frederika North on Saxby, Springbok West , Kort Street West on Piet Hugo Street, and Mulders Mile South on Willem Botha) to attend a residents meeting at NG Kerk Eldoraigne.
The committee are going to be presenting the residents with their proposal regarding the boomed and gated areas mentioned above. How the area was designated, the security impact and the benefits of such a project to the community overall. Time frames and steps for completion, costs and legalities will all form part of this mutual discussion with an opportunity for residents to raise their questions and concerns.
We encourage all residents to attend the meeting. There will be two meetings on the 28th:
8:00 to 10:00-> Freeholds and Duettes
10:30 to 12:30 ->Complexes and Boomed Areas
